South Branch at Romney

For purposes of the command simulation, the South Branch of the Potomac at Romney will be considered to be at a depth of three feet or less and can be forded. The covered bridge at Romney is still intact. Destroying it will not prevent the enemy from crossing the river, but fording the river will result in fatigue and delays.
