The ROMNEY command simulation is designed to be run several times in 2016. It will be a scored simulation, with players competing against their opponent as well as the scores of previous and future players. Players can even play more than once.
The simulation will have a full-intel order of battle. This means both players will have the full order for all units involved in the campaign (friendly and enemy) before the campaign starts. This will include strength, weapons, quality and commanders. A playable orders of battle will be available for those who are running Take Command Second Manassas.

REBRANDED!!
B & O WINTER behind us, the same forces will take the field in a command simulation that has been re-branded as ROMNEY. The simulation is expected to commence sometime in February 2016.
