First Orders of the Simulation

THE WINTER WAR simulation has just begun a "soft start." There is no troop movement yet, but Brig. Gen. Lander has begun communication with his chief of staff, Capt. Simon F. Barstow, in preparation for the campaign. Correspondence was largely related to clarifying the positions of men under his new command, as well as commanders and armament of specific units.
