A Handy Intervention

Skirmishes will be fought under Artificial Intelligence during THE WINTER WAR simulation. There will be one intervention after the shooting starts.  If a unit armed with smoothbores takes cover and lies down while under fire from another unit with rifled muskets, I will move it forward into range to engage and return fire and then turn it back over to AI. 

This will not be applicable if under fire by 1st Company Massachusetts Sharpshooters at long range.
