Colonel Alexander Moore of the Virginia Militia was wounded and captured in the woods between Greenwalt and Saville as the Federals advanced through the area. Lander's 1st Brigade and a battery of artillery, has been wounded and captured while leading an assault on the Leith Farm, north of Romney.

3 = KIA
4 = wounded, carried from the field
5 = mortally wounded and with whoever occupies the ground
6 = wounded and captured.
