The draft Manual for THE WINTER WAR II is now ready. This simulation is a carry-over simulation from THE WINTER WAR I, but there are some rules changes. Players (or any interested parties) are invited to ask any questions for clarification of the rules, or suggest proposed changes or things that should be added. I will take any feedback up through the end of April, with the final version of the manual and rules to be issued in the 1st week of May.
The manual references the Campaign Guide and Locality maps. The TWWII Campaign Guide is not yet available yet and not all of the maps have been uploaded. (Map work is still in progress.)
